FRAMES & IN SITU EXAMPLES
I frame the photographs myself.
Every photograph is drymounted and matted with four-ply 100% cotton museum board that I cut individually.
Ready for hanging with attached specially coated picture wire, which will not leave marks on the wall.
Each photograph is a limited edition and is signed, numbered and dated on front of mat in pencil. A certificate of authenticity is included.
METAL FRAMES
black or dark bronze aluminum frames from Nielsen
WOOD FRAMES
Brown: The brown frame is called Palladio, made in Italy and combines a clean modern profile with a lightly distressed hand-rubbed beeswax finish. It is 1 ¾" wide. I have this in a dark blackish/brown.
Black: The black wood frame is from Nurre Caxton. It has a flat profile with a deep bevel on the inside edge and the wood grain shows lightly through the black and has a slight highlighted edge. It is 1 ⅞" wide
ADDITIONAL OPTION FOR SMALL SIZE
For my small photographs only (8x8” photograph matted and framed for a total size of 14x14”) I also offer a slightly thinner black hardwood frame with a completely smooth surface. Photo shows the black 1 ⅞" Provence frame at top in comparison with the thinner 1” frame for small photographs only.
CUSTOM GIANT SIZE
I use this oiled bronze wood frame from Nurre Caxton. It is 2 1/4" wide.
